Canada’s Drag Race, History by the Numbers Both Nominated for 2023 Canadian Screen Awards
Saloon Media is pleased to announce our series Canada’s Drag Race (S3) and History by the Numbers have been nominated for the 2023 Canadian Screen Awards.
Canada’s Drag Race, now in its fourth season, has received nine Canadian Screen Award nominations. It is also nominated for the 2023 Cogeco Fund Audience Choice Award and you can vote here. History by the Numbers has been nominated for Best Visual Effects for its episode “The Roaring 20s.” The series features 473 animated segments totalling more than 200 minutes of animation over 20 episodes. A huge thanks and congratulations to all the talented people at Thought Cafe.
The nominations were announced Feb. 23 by the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television. The award ceremonies for the factual and reality categories will take place April 11 and 12 respectively. Congratulations to our production teams!
