Steve Gamester is a founding partner of Saloon Media and has worked as a Development Executive, Broadcaster, Executive Producer, Producer and Series Show Runner for clients in Canada, the United States, and the UK.


Steve’s productions include: 9/11 Kids (1 x 90 for documentary Channel), Cheating Hitler: Surviving the Holocaust (1 x 90 for History) Hunting Nazi Treasure (8 x 60 for History, More4, AHC), Mummies Alive (6 x 60 for Smithsonian Channel, UKTV, History and ZDF), Miracles Decoded (8 x 60 for AETN International), Perfect Storms: Disasters that Changed the World (6 x 60 for History, Smithsonian, and UKTV), and The Great Escape: Secrets Revealed (2 x 60 for Channel 4, History), and Museum Secrets (22 x 60 for History, Smithsonian, Yesterday and BBC Worldwide). 


From 2005 to 2009, Steve was a Broadcast Executive and oversaw more than 300 hours of programming for History, National Geographic, Showcase, and Global Television. 


Steve has a Masters in Public History from the University of Waterloo and an Honors BA in History from Huron University College.
