Race for the White House, a thrilling, new CNN Original Series, tells the stories of six iconic campaigns for the Presidency of the United States. The one-hour episodes include rare archival footage, interviews and stylized dramatizations.

The series was co-produced by Raw and Trigger Street Productions. The stylized dramatizations were produced by Canada’s Saloon Media and overseen by Saloon Producer Tara Elwood.

The CNN’s Press Room Blog announced today: “From powerful speeches to the dirty tricks and Machiavellian schemes, Race for the White House captures the drama of a high-stakes presidential election and its impact on politics today. Elections include Lincoln/Douglas, JFK/Nixon, Bush/Dukakis and more.”
