Hunting Nazi Treasure Nominated for Four Canadian Screen Awards!

Congratulations to the Hunting Nazi Treasure team for their four Canadian Screen Award nominations! Hunting Nazi Treasure has been nominated for: “Best History Documentary Program or Series”, the “Barbara Sears Award for Best Visual Research” (Elspeth Domville), “Best Picture Editing - Documentary” (James Hebbard), and “Best Writing - Documentary” (Hugh Hardy).

 

The series chronicles one of the greatest heists in history as well as the present-day efforts to locate valuable objects and artwork stolen by the Nazis at the end of the Second World War. With hundreds of thousands of items worth billions still missing to this day, Hunting Nazi Treasure reveals what was stolen, how it was stolen, and leads a new hunt for this lost treasure.

Hunting Nazi Treasure airs on History Canada (Corus Entertainment). It is hosted by Investigative Journalist Conor Woodman, Historian James Holland and Author, Founder and President of the Monuments Men Foundation, Robert Edsel. The series producer for Hunting Nazi Treasure is Steve Gamester.
